2022 Parking Enforcement Trends Report

The enforcement portion of the parking industry has had to rethink and adapt to changing consumer preferences, especially after the COVID-19 outbreak. However, the evolution of enforcement had already taken off well before then. In early 2022, Passport surveyed more than 8,000 parking officials including municipalities, parking authorities and universities from across the U.S. to report on their enforcement experience.
